Transparent, Straightforward and competitive fees:
Our "man-day" rate in China, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Cambodia is $298 USD all-inclusive, there are no hidden costs or extra expenses.
Our "man-day" rate in greater Asia: Vietnam, Thaïland, Taïwan, Indonesia and the Philippines, is $398 USD all inclusive.
One "man-day" means one inspector, one day of inspection. Please note that most inspections are performed within 1 man-day, and thus only cost $298 all inclusive. The number of man-days needed depends on the inspected sampling size (determined by your ordered quantity), the number of reference(s) and the complexity of your product(s).
We accept payment both by TT and PayPal; all of this information will be displayed on your invoice.
Note that volume discounts are available and that we will match or beat any inspection rate quoted by a Western-owned inspection agency.
Our all-inclusive fees include:
- Approved samples handling.
- Preparation (protocol, checklist) and coordination of your inspection / audit / production monitoring.
- Transportation, meals and normal overtime (not night overtime) for our Chinese inspector(s).
- Inspection Report and Inspection certificate issuance.
- Online posting and archiving of your quality control and quality assurance reports.
Options available:
Same-Day Reporting: $30.
You can choose this option if you want your report to be delivered the same-day of the service rather than to wait the next day. Please note that we do offer same-day Pre-Results free of charge. Late Booking or Express service: $30.
In case you need to us to go for an inspection with less than 2 full working days notice and we can manage it within our schedule, an additional 30 USD per order will be charged.
Collection of samples: Free of charge.
During your inspection, our inspector can pick up some production samples and send it to you using your courier account. It could be defective samples or proper sample or one export carton, this is up to you to decide.
Working during official holidays: $100 per Man-Day.
If you need our staff to work during official local holidays, we can be flexible but need to share additional costs with you. FYI, in most Asian countries, working during official holidays is possible when employee get 3 times his normal salary.
Night overtime: $50 per hour.
Our inspectors normally leave the factory at 5 or 6 PM at latest to go back to the office and create the inspection report. However, from time to time inspectors may need to stay until after 6 PM in order to wait for late production, to supervise late container loading, or to implement the necessary corrective actions for some urgent shipments. Of course, we will first inform you about those special situations in order to get your approval to work overtime.
Western Inspector or Western expert (textile, electronic, furnitures etc): $100 + travel expenses.
Only available for inspections in China or Bangladesh right now. Please contact us in advance to book quality control inspections with this option, so we can smoothly arrange our inspectors' schedules.
