Building Materials Quality Control Approach

 

AQF technical engineers work closely with your team to customize one of our standard building material inspection checklists by incorporating the key risks and unique specifications of your product. AQF inspectors verify the quality of mass production based on your Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL), provide an overview of the finished goods’ quality, and highlight the key improvement areas for production. We also perform material function and quality tests, and assess compliance with your product’s specifications and reference samples.

Some tests on building materials require a controlled environment to properly certify their compliance with the standards and regulations of a destination country. Our AQF inspectors select items from the production batch and forward them to an accredited laboratory for processing.
